BAMTEK HOME 2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Bamtek Home’s 2 Year Limited Warranty extends to all bedding products manufactured by Bamtek Home that have any manufacturing defect owing to faulty workmanship or material used, such as stains, holes, poor stitching, poor dying straight out of the packet, seam separation, buttons and/or snap locks failing etc.

This warranty DOES NOT cover:

  • Any normal wear and tear resulting from regular usage and/or laundering
  • Any fading of fabric after long-term exposure to sunlight or rough usage
  • Any stains, burns, cuts, tears, or liquid/moisture damage resulting from physical abuse, negligence, or mishandling of the product by the customer
  • Any damage caused by animals, children, rodents or any other unsafe environmental factor
  • Any damage caused during subsequent transportation of the product after initial delivery was completed
  • Any problem caused by improper installation, faulty assembling or unauthorised modification of the product
  • Any decrease in product height or loftiness of the filling after regular long term usage
  • Any product sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers of Bamtek Home

 In the rare event you happen to purchase a product with any manufacturing defect and would like to exercise your rights under this Limited Warranty, please email us at hello@oliveandcrate.com with a copy of the original receipt of purchase and a photographic evidence of the defect. Bamtek Home will then proceed to determine at its sole discretion whether it will give a refund or replacement of the product. Shipping costs need not be borne by you in case of any returns. The replaced product will be subject to the same Limited Warranty as the original product. Please note this Limited Warranty is not applicable to any Bamtek Home product after the expiry of two (2) years from the initial date of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS BASED ON LOCAL LAWS OR REGULATIONS, WHICH WILL BE APPLICABLE ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, IN NO EVENT WILL BAMTEK HOME OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY BAMTEK HOME PRODUCT OR ITS USE BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER UNDER THEORY OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), INDEMNITY, PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY EVEN IF BAMTEK HOME HAS BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH DAMAGES AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY.PLEASE NOTE THAT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BAMTEK HOME’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE FINAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.
